Welcome to Laurel Creek.

Laurel Creek Neighborhood Association, Inc., was established in 1997 and is a registered non-profit corporation.

The homeowner’s association is comprised of reserve land and single-family homes providing inclusive membership of those parties owning one of the 314 lots in Harris County subject to the jurisdiction comprised of the subdivisions in Laurel Creek Neighborhood Association, Sections 1-5, in the 77040 zip code.

Laurel Creek is a welcoming, family-friendly subdivision with over 300 carefully maintained homes. The neighborhood offers an abundance of well-kept community green space with a large number of walking paths for exercising and walking dogs, a small pond with a fountain feature, an attractive gazebo, outdoor sitting areas, a basketball court and three large parks with picnic tables, swings and climbing forts. Beautiful oak tree lined streets provide shade throughout the subdivision. Residents are connected through social and community events held throughout the year.
